Test your internet speed 

If you are in doubt about how much the company you hired is delivering to you, you can test internet speed very quickly and easily, with just a few clicks, on your cell phone or computer, in this way:

  1. Using your cell phone or computer, access the browser Internet the Google website – google.com.br
  2. In the search bar type “internet speed test

How to complain?

As a consumer, you can register your complaint about the speed.

But to do this, it is best to first speak to your service provider. Internet and write down the service number that she tells you.

According to Anatel, the operator is obliged to give you any information about the service you have contracted and also to resolve any technical problems that may occur.

If the operator of the Internet does not respond, or the response is not adequate, you can contact Anatel at site, informing the customer service number of the Internet.
